Terms and Conditions

Requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years

Ticket category: B or higher

Deposit:

Deposit: CHF 1000.-

Deductible: CHF 2’000.-

reservations:

Reservations can be made in writing by means of a reservation request form, by phone or by e-mail.

Reservation confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Reservations which are not respected must be canceled at least 48h before the start of the rental.

Disclaimers:

The landlord is not liable to the tenant for machinations and failures of any kind.

accidents:

In case of accidents, the renter is obliged to inform Luxuscar without delay.

He also agrees to notify the police immediately and to have a report created.

Reservations / Exclusions:

Luxury car reserves the right not to hand over the vehicles in bad weather.

For existing leases new appointments can be arranged.

On both sides no follow-up costs.

Foreign countries:

The vehicle may only be driven in Switzerland. Any exceptions can be decided by Luxuscar GmbH and must be obtained in writing.

Insurance:

Liability and comprehensive insurance are included. The deductible is CHF 2’000.-

Damages up to this sum are always at the expense of the renter!

Not insured are:

Damage to the vehicle, rims and tires, engine and gearbox damage etc. The result of improper driving.

In case of disregard of the terms and conditions, the insurance coverage is also void.

Drink alcohol before, or while driving is strictly prohibited!

Damage caused by drunkenness (more than 0.5 per thousand) is not insured!

In the event of accidents / damage caused by gross negligence (in the case of RAIN, SNOW OR ICE-LIME, etc.) and in the case of damages due to driving too close, liability shall be assumed by the renter.

The entire cost of the damage incurred must be paid immediately.

prohibitions:

Smoking, eating and drinking in the vehicle is prohibited!

Rides without Required Driver’s License, Learning Rides: Towing, Car Racing and ¼ Miles, as well as participation in racing events is absolutely prohibited! No insurance coverage!

Also prohibited are underground garages and close parking!

Disable ESP is strictly prohibited!

Traffic violations:

The renter is liable during the rental period until the return for all traffic violations.

The costs will be charged to the renter.

Handover / return:

The handover and return take place at the office of the luxury car.

A report will be filled out at the handover / return and any damage must be recorded in writing and in photo.

Vehicle is to be filled up before the return.

Incorrect operation:

Damage to the vehicle due to over-rotation of the engine, overheating of the clutch due to long grinding, cavalier launches, excessive tire wear as well as any type of faulty manipulation require full liability by the renter.

These damages can be proven exactly by computer!

Driving a third party:

The tenant can transfer the right of use from the lease to another person only with the consent of the landlord. Third-party drivers are to be named by the tenant at the conclusion of the contract.
